Suzuki V-Strom: Suzuki has brought the Jhakkas bike in the country, it has special features to reduce the shaking.

Suzuki V-Strom 800DE has been officially launched in India bringing smiles to the faces of adventure bikers. Suzuki has priced this middleweight adventure tourer bike at Rs 10.30 lakh (ex-showroom). But this is the starting price, so it’s almost certain that the price will go up after a few days. This new model will replace the V-Strom 650 XT. It is better in terms of performance and capabilities.

Suzuki V-Strom 800DE Launched in India

Suzuki V-Strom 800DE was unveiled by Suzuki at the ‘India Mobility Global Expo 2024’. It has a 776 cc parallel twin, liquid cooled engine for high performance. It will produce 83 bhp of power and 78 Nm of torque. There is a 6-speed gearbox and bi-directional quick shifter to keep pace.

Among the notable features, the Suzuki V-Strom 800DE comes with the Suzuki Cross Balancer system to reduce vibration. There is a two-in-one exhaust system. The front bumper has been placed higher for better control on bad roads. Other features include all-LED lighting, 5-inch TFT digital instrument console, USB port, positioning lighting, tail light and turn indicator, multiple riding modes, traction control, ride-by-wire throttle, switchable dual-channel ABS, Suzuki Easy Start System, etc. .

Suzuki V-Strom 800DE gets Showa USD front fork with 220mm travel and remote rear preload adjustable monoshock suspension as hardware. Braking duties will be handled by dual 310mm front discs and single rear disc. It has 20 liter fuel tank available. The front 21 inch and rear 17 inch spoke wheels have 110/80 and 150/70 tubeless tires respectively.

The Suzuki V-Strom 800DE is available in three color options – Champion Yellow No. 2, Glass Matte Mechanical Gray and Glass Sparkle Black. The rival models of the bike are present in the market – Honda XL750 Transalp, Kawasaki Versys 650, BMW F 850 ​​GS and Triumph Tiger 900.
