Suzuki started production of their flying car

Suzuki Motor has teamed up with a Japanese flying car startup called SkyDrive to develop this all-electric autonomous Skycar. In October last year, the agreement was signed between the two companies to develop the flying car. The aim of which is to provide air taxi services in urban areas.

Production of this flying car has started at Suzuki’s Japanese factory. The company claims that it can take off and land from the roof of the house. It again has automotive technology. The production version of the model is expected to be showcased at the upcoming Osaka Expo in Japan in 2025.

The project is part of Suzuki’s initiative to become carbon neutral by 2030. Suzuki is on track to produce 100 models of this flying car every year. It can fly in the sky for 15 minutes. 15 km will be covered in 15 minutes. It has seating for two passengers. With the help of 12 motors and rotors, this spacecraft will fly in the sky.

In 2031, the company is said to build a bigger FlyingCar. It will provide a range of 40 km with 3 passengers. It is known that Suzuki aims to present this flying car in India. Recently, the company has tied up with Indian company Cyient in related matters. These two companies will bring this flying car to the Indian market. Although nothing is known about the launch period.
