Snapdragon 480 powered smartphone hasn’t hit any market so its real-time performance or benchmarks are not known yet. But as per performance perspective, Snapdragon 480 can give a neck to neck competition to MediaTek Dimensity 720 with integrated Adreno 619 GPU.
SD 480 has an upper end when comes to 5G, it comes with a Snapdragon X51 modem that provides insane speeds while the MediaTek 5G modem provided in Dimensity 720 is also comparable. The newly launched budget 5G Snapdragon chipset also has the latest Wi-Fi 6 and NavIc support additionally.
