Smartphone for Snapdragon Insiders has been revealed today in partnership with Taiwan Giant Asus. The smartphone is a premium phone with an AMOLED display, Qualcomm high-end chipset, 64MP triple rear camera, stereo speakers, fast charging support and more.

Smartphone for Snapdragon Insiders features a 6.78 inches AMOLED display with Full-HD+ resolution ( 1080 x 2448 pixels ) resolution, 1200 nits peak brightness, 20.4:9 aspect ratio, 111.23 per cent of DCI-P3, 106.87 per cent of NTSC colour gamut, HDR10+ certification and a Gorilla Glass Victus Protection. Under the hood, the smartphone Snapdragon 888 octa-core chipset coupled with 16GB of LPDDR5 RAM.
In terms of camera, the smartphone boasts a triple rear camera that includes a 64-megapixel IMX686 sensor with an f/1.8 sensor and OIS support, a 12-megapixel IMX 363 sensor with an f/2.2 ultrawide lens, and an 8-megapixel telephoto sensor with an f/2.2 aperture and OIS support. For selfies, the phone sports a 24-megapixel front-facing camera under the bezels at the top.
For connectivity, the smartphone includes 5G, 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 6, GPS/ A-GPS/ NavIC, Wi-Fi Direct, Bluetooth v5.2, NFC, and a USB Type-C port. The device includes a 4000mah battery and supports Qualcomm Quick Charge 5.0. In terms of Dimensions, the phone measures 173.15×77.25×9.55mm and weighs 210 g. Additionally, the Snapdragon new phone includes dual stereo speakers, quad HDR microphones, Qualcomm 3D Sonic fingerprint Sensor Gen 2.
The company also bundled MW08SI TWS earbuds in the box that supports 24-bit, 96kHz audio ultra-low latency streaming over Bluetooth. These earbuds come with Qualcomm QCC5141 chip and feature Qualcomm Active Noise Cancellation. The company also stated that the earbuds can be connected in crowded environments without any issue.

Smartphone for Snapdragon Insiders comes in a solo configuration of 16GB + 512GB for $1,499 ( Rs. 1,12,000 approx ) and the company offered the phone in a single Midnight Blue colour option. The phone will be available for purchase via Asus online and offline stores starting from August in China, Korea, Germany, Japan, the US, and the UK, and in India as well. The company has set the price of the phone for Rs. 1,19,000 in India.
