Samsung Galaxy M22 was revealed in Germany as the new budget 4G device. The smartphone is already spotted on Geekbench a few months ago but now this smartphone is official. The Galaxy M22 comes with an AMOLED display, an octa-core chipset, a big battery, a 48MP quad rear camera, and more.

Samsung Galaxy M22 features a 6.4 inches Super AMOLED display with an HD+ ( 720 x 1600 pixels ) resolution, and a 90Hz fast refresh rate. Under the hood, the smartphone comes powered with an octa-core chipset clocked at 2.0GHz. As the geekbench listing earlier tipped the MediaTek Helio G80 so it might be the same. It is accompanied by 4GB of RAM and 128GB of storage that can be extended via a microSD card slot up to 1TB.
In terms of camera, the smartphone boasts a quad rear camera that includes a 48-megapixel primary sensor with f/2.0 aperture, an 8-megapixel ultrawide sensor with f/2.2 aperture, a 2-megapixel macro sensor with f/2.4 aperture, and a 2-megapixel depth sensor with f/2.4 aperture. For selfies, the phone sports a 13-megapixel front-facing camera under the infinity U-shaped notch. The device is running on Android 11 with One UI’s latest skin on top.
The smartphone comes equipped with a 5000mah battery and supports 15W fast charging. For connectivity, the phone includes 4G LTE, Bluetooth 5.0, Wi-Fi 802.11 a / b / g / n / ac, NFC, GPS, USB TYPE-C port, and a 3.5mm headphone jack. In terms of Dimensions, the Galaxy M22 measures 159.9 x 74.0 x 8.4 mm and weighs 186 grams. Additionally, the device also has a side-mounted fingerprint sensor as well.

Samsung Galaxy M22 price hasn’t been disclosed yet but the company will reveal the prices very soon. The smartphone is offered in three color options namely blue, black, and white. The phone is listed on the Samsung Germany website so it might be available in Germany for now and the availability in other countries is not disclosed yet.
