Samsung Galaxy Book Go with Snapdragon 8cx/7c and 4G/5G variants launched: Price, Specifications


Samsung Galaxy Book Go is yet another Galaxy Book from the South Korean tech Giant this year. Samsung has announced Galaxy Book, Galaxy Book pro, Book Pro 360 and book odyssey through an event back in April this year. The Book Go is also expected to launch at that event but due to certain issues, the company could not make it and revealed it today.

Both of the variants feature a 14 inches TFT display with Full-HD+ ( 1080 x 1920 pixels ) resolution and 16:9 aspect ratio. The major difference is the processor, the 4G option comes with Snapdragon 7c Gen2 coupled with Adreno 618 GPU while the 5G variant is powered with Snapdragon 8cx Gen 2 paired with Adreno 680 GPU.


Both 4G/5G versions are accompanied by 6GB/8GB LPDDR4x RAM and 64GB/128GB eUFS storage. The Samsung Galaxy Book Go comes equipped with a 42.3Whr battery which is touted to provide 18 hours of battery life and also supports 25W fast charging. In terms of Dimensions, the notebook measures 323.9 x 224.8 x 14.9mm and weighs 1.38 Kg.



The Book Go comes running on Windows 10 and sports 2 x 1.5W speakers with the support of Dolby Atmos. For connectivity, the Galaxy book includes Wi-Fi 802.11ac, Bluetooth 5.1, 2 x 2 MIMO, USB 2.0, USB-C, and a 3.5mm headphone/mic combo jack. Additionally, it comes with expandable storage via a microSD card slot, nano sim slot, and HD camera.


Samsung Galaxy Book Go 4G/5G Price and Availability


Samsung Galaxy Book Go Wi-Fi version costs $349 while the 4G LTE and 5G variant pricing is not revealed yet. The Wi-Fi variant will go on sale from June 10 and the 5G option will arrive in the U.S. later 2021.
