Samsung Galaxy A22s 5G was revealed in Russia as the rebadged version of Galaxy A22 5G that was unveiled back in July. The smartphone comes with an entry-level MediaTek octa-core 5G chipset, triple rear camera, big battery, fast charging, waterdrop notch display, and more.

Samsung Galaxy A22s 5G features a 6.6 inches TFT LCD display with a Full-HD+ ( 1080 x 2400 pixels ) resolution, 90Hz refresh rate, 20:9 aspect ratio, 399 PPI screen density, and 82.3% screen-to-body ratio. Under the hood, the smartphone is powered with a MediaTek Dimensity 700 5G octa-core chipset that comes coupled with Mali-G57 MC2 GPU. It is accompanied by 4GB RAM and up to 128GB internal storage that can be extended via a microSD card slot.
In terms of camera, the smartphone boasts a triple rear camera that includes a 48-megapixel primary sensor, a 5-megapixel ultrawide lens, and a 2-megapixel depth sensor. For selfies, the phone sports an 8-megapixel front-facing camera under the waterdrop notch. The device is running on Android 11 with One UI 3.1 custom skin on top.
The smartphone is packed with a 5000mah battery and supports 15W fast charging. For connectivity, the phone includes 5G, 4G LTE, dual-band Wi-fi, Bluetooth 5.0, GPS, 3.5mm headphone jack, and USB Type-C 2.0 port. In terms of Dimensions, the device measures 167.2 x 76.4 x 9 mm in thickness and weighs 203g. Sensors onboard, the Galaxy A22 5G sports an accelerometer, gyro, proximity, compass, and a side-mounted fingerprint sensor as well.
