As the demand for electric vehicles increases, new brands of electric scooters are being launched in the market. Recently, a company called RunR Mobility has come up with such an e-scooter. Their electric scooter is called HS EV. The model is priced between Tk 1.25 lakh and Tk 1.30 lakh. Which is completely ex showroom and out of government subsidy.
RunR HS EV – Color scheme and battery
The Runner HS EV will be available in a total of five colors – White, Black, Grey, Red and Green. A special type of battery pack is used in the scooter. This includes a 60 volt 40 amp hour lithium ion battery pack, wrapped around it for liquid cooling. It also comes with Artcan based battery management system.
RunR HS EV – Range & Top Speed
As per Runner Mobility’s claim, the electric scooter can travel up to 110 km on a full charge. It is powered by a 1.5 KWh brushless DC motor. The HS EV can reach a maximum speed of 70 kmph.
RunR HS EV – Features
The design of this electric scooter has attracted enough attention. Following the neo-retro design, the front of the scooter features narrow tube-like sections within the headlamp unit. At the back are LED tail lamps. The turn indicator is attached to the front apron itself. There is a simple pillion grabrail at the rear with a single piece flat seat.
Alloy wheels are also added to the scooter. Talking about other features, the HS EV has a digital screen to provide various essential information to the rider. Anti-theft, vehicle locator, remote fleet management along with OTA updates will also be available, the company said.
