Royal Enfield brings 350 cc new bike Shotgun 350, launch when? How much will the price be?

Royal Enfield (Royal Enfield) is currently trying to increase the capacity of two-wheelers. The maker of the Classic 350 plans to take the wraps off four new motorcycles by 2023. Apart from the new generation Bullet 350 and Himalayan 450, the company’s upcoming motorcycle lineup includes a new bobber bike. The company may launch the Shotgun 350 model this year itself. It will be based on the Classic 350. The Royal Enfield Shotgun 350 was spotted during testing on the country’s roads again before mass production began. Let’s know more about this bike.

Seating arrangement for rider only

The upcoming Royal Enfield Shotgun 350 features a J-series twin downtube frame. Which is also present in Classic 350. The bike features a teardrop shaped fuel tank, a circular headlamp, an ape style high handlebar, round chrome mirrors, floating type rider only saddle, a blackout exhaust, and fender mounted taillamps. There are also wire spoke wheels with whitewall wide tires. Which increases the rugged look several times.

Disc brakes are present on both the wheels

The Shotgun 350 will come with disc brakes on the front and rear wheels and dual channel ABS. It will provide improved braking performance. There are also telescopic front forks and dual shock rear absorbers.

The bike will run on a 349 cc J-series engine

Powering the wheels is a 349 cc, air cooled, single cylinder, J-series engine on the Shotgun 350. Which is also available in the Classic 350. It will produce a maximum power of 20 bhp and a torque of 28 Nm. There is a 5-speed manual gearbox to handle the transmission.

How the price of Royal Enfield Shotgun 350 can fall

The Royal Enfield Shotgun 350 is currently in the final stages of production. The Bobber motorcycle will be positioned between the Classic 350 and the Meteor 350 in the company’s lineup. The bike can be launched in India at an estimated price of Rs 2 lakh (ex-showroom). After the launch it will go head to head with the Jawa 42 Bobber.
