Redmi Note 9 5G has been spotted with Mediatek Dimensity 800U SoC on TENNA. It is the successor of Redmi Note 9 which was launched in April 2020. The device may runs on MIUI on top of Android 11 out of the box.

Xiaomi is all set to launch the 5G enabled variant of the redmi note 9 very soon. A well-known tipster named Mukul Sharma shared the TENNA listing of the Redmi Note 9 5G that revealed some of its key and an overall look as well. As per the tipster, Redmi Note 9 5G will feature a 6.53-inches IPS LCD panel with FHD+ resolution (1080×2400 pixels).
Under the hood, It will be powered by an octa-core Mediatek Dimensity 800U SoC, Mali G57 MC3 GPU, and may pair with up to 8GB of RAM + 256GB of storage. In terms of optics, The smartphone might be equipped with a triple rear camera setup that may include a 48-Megapixel (Primary) sensor, an 8-Megapixel secondary sensor, and a 2-megapixel sensor with an LED flash. On the front, it will have a 13-Megapixel selfie shooter. It may pack a 5000mah battery and 22.5W of fast charging.
Additionally, The listing also unveiled that It will include the support of an accelerometer, gyroscope, proximity, and a side-mounted fingerprint sensor. In terms of dimensions, The device measures 161.96×77.25×9.20mm thickness.
