Redmi 9A all set to make their debut in India on September 2. The handset is the third model in redmi 9 series including recently launched Redmi 9 and Redmi 9 Prime. It will be the successor of Redmi 8A which was launched last year in the Indian market. However, Xiaomi’s sub-brand already launched the smartphone in Malaysia in late June, along with the Redmi 9C.
Redmi 9A Specifications
Redmi 9A features a 6.53-inch HD+ resolution (720x,1,600 pixels) Dot Drop display with a 20:9 aspect ratio. Under the hood, The phone is powered by an octa-core MediaTek Helio G25 SoC, paired with up to 3GB of RAM. For storage, it has 32GB of internal storage, though its Indian variant could come with up to 128GB of built-in storage.
Nonetheless, It is rumoured that its India variant could have 4GB RAM option. In terms of the camera department, the Redmi 9A is equipped with a single 13-megapixel rear camera sensor with an aperture of f/2.2 lens. On the front, There is also a 5-megapixel selfie shooter with an aperture of f/2.2 lens. The phone also with packs a 5,000mAh battery with 10W standard charging support.
Redmi 9A Price and Availability
The base variant of the phone carried a price tag of MYR 359 (roughly Rs. 6,400) for a 2GB RAM + 32GB storage variant. According to reports, the smartphone could launch in the Indian market in 4GB + 64GB and 4GB + 128GB variant. Redmi 9A all set to launch on September 2 and Amazon has already created a microsite to aware the people about the launch of the smartphone.
