Oppo Reno5 Pro 5G is ready to make its debut on January 18 in India. The Chinese tech company has already launched the smartphone last month in China. Oppo Reno5 Pro 5G runs on ColorOS 11.1 on top of Android 11 out of the box and comes in four color variants – Starry Night, Aurora Blue, Moonlight Black, Star Wish Red.
Oppo Reno5 Pro 5G all set to launch on 18 January at 12:30 PM in India. The Chinese tech company has set up a dedicated microsite for the launch of the upcoming 5G smartphone on Flipkart and Oppo’s official website. It will be live-streamed via the company’s YouTube channel, Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter. Plus, users will also be able to watch the live stream on Disney+ Hotstar, MX Player, and DailyHunt apps.

OPPO Reno5 Pro 5G features a 6.55-inch OLED FHD+ (1080 x 2400 pixels) display with a 90Hz refresh rate and a hole-punch design on the top left corner for the selfie camera. Under the hood, It is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 1000+ chipset, Mali-G77 MC9 GPU, and paired with up to 12GB RAM + 256GB storage variant. The smartphone is equipped with a quad-camera setup that includes a 64MP (primary) camera + 8MP (Ultrawide) lens + 2MP (macro) lens + 2MP (monochrome) lens. On the front, there is a 32MP selfie camera shooter.
The device packs a 4,350mAh battery and supports 65W fast charging. In terms of connectivity, It has the support of 5G, 4G, Wifi, Bluetooth 5.1, dual-band A-GPS, NFC, and USB Type-C 3.1. The device measures 159.7×73.2×7.6mm mm and weighs 173 grams. Additionally, The sensor onboards includes Fingerprint (under display, optical), accelerometer, gyro, proximity, and compass.
Oppo Reno5 Pro 5G Price
The base variant of OPPO Reno5 Pro 5G carries a price tag of RMB 3,399 (around Rs.38,300) in China for 8GB + 128GB storage whereas the high end variant costs RMB 3,799 (around Rs.42,750). However, there is no confirmation related to the pricing of OPPO Reno5 Pro 5G in India.
