Oben Rorr created a stir in the electric motorcycle market with its launch. The Bangalore-based company had so far restricted its business to a few specific areas including Janmavita. It is gradually expanding. This time, this electric bike was launched in the capital Delhi. Oben Rorr's introductory price here is Rs 1.10 lakh (ex-showroom) with subsidies, discounts. Oben is giving a discount of Tk 40,000 to the first 100 buyers. Note that the price of the e-bike in Bangalore is Rs. 1.50 lakh.
Oben recently opened its first showroom in Delhi at Pitampura. The company is offering discounts on electric motorcycles to attract buyers from the capital. The price cut makes the Oben Rorr cheaper than other e-bike models currently available in the market including the Revolt RV400, Hop Oxo and more. However, this offer will be valid for a limited period.

The Oben Rorr features an 8kW electric motor and a 4.4kWh battery. The company claims that this bike provides a range of 187 km on a full charge. With a top speed of 100 km per hour, this electric motorcycle takes 3 seconds to accelerate from 0-40 km/h.
Oben dreams of doing business in the Delhi market. The company is planning to open a total of 12 service centers and showrooms in all parts of the capital within the next one year. Currently they have opened showrooms in Pune, Maharashtra, Kochi, Trivandrum and Kerala apart from Bengaluru. The company has a total of eight showrooms in these cities. Later, a target of opening 50 outlets in 12 cities has been taken.
