Motorola G82 5G was announced in India as the new mid-range smartphone. Although, the phone already went official last month in Europe and now it hits the Indian market today. Performance
The smartphone is fueled by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 695 octa-core 5G SoC clocked at 2.2 GHz paired with an Adreno 619 GPU. It comes running on Android 12 with My UX skin on top. The device is coupled with up to 8GB of LPDDR4X RAM and 128GB of onboard storage with microSD card slot support for more storage.
Design
The Moto G82 5G comes with a polycarbonate build and IP52 water repellent design. The phone has a triple camera sensor under the rectangular camera module along with an LED flash. It has a USB Type-C port, speaker grill, a microphone, USB TYPE-C port at the bottom, sim card tray on the left side, a volume rocker & power button embedded with a fingerprint scanner on the right side, and a speaker grill & a microphone at the top. The phone has dimensions 160.89 x 74.46 x 7.99mm and weighs 173 grams.

Coming to optics, the smartphone features a triple camera at the back including a 50-megapixel main sensor with f/1.8 aperture with Optical Image Stabilization, an 8-megapixel ultrawide lens with 118-degree Field of View and f/2.2 aperture, and a 2-megapixel macro sensor with f/2.4 aperture. The camera app features 50MP high-resolution mode, dual camera bokeh, super night selfie, video stabilization, and multi-frame bokeh. For selfies, the phone sports a 16-megapixel front-facing camera under the punch-hole at the top center with an f/2.2 aperture.

The device is backed by a 5000mah battery and supports 30W turbo charging but the company has bundled a 33W charger in the box.
