MG Comet EV: India's cheapest electric car comes with new surprises

MG Comet EV has established itself as India's cheapest and smallest electric car. The company has recently launched the 100 Year Limited Edition of the car. MG Motor has started delivery of MG Comet EV 100-Year Limited Edition to all dealerships in the country.

Inspired by British racing green, the special edition MG Comet EV's exterior evergreen paint scheme sets it apart from other variants. Includes Hundred Year Edition theme upholstery. MG Comet EV 100-Year Limited Edition Price and Features

MG Comet EV 100-Year Limited Edition is priced at Rs 9.4 lakh (ex-showroom). The car will feature a black out roof, diffuse chrome finish, infotainment system UI and black Comet EV badge on the tailgate. The 100-year-old mascot is present on the headrests of the front seats.

The MG Comet EV Special Edition comes with a 17.3 kWh battery pack. The electric motor will produce 41 bhp and 110 Nm of torque. 7.4 kW AC fast charger and 3.3 kW AC charger options are available. The battery will be charged 10-80% in 2.5 hours from the first. The company claims that it can run 230 km (tested range) on a full charge.
