Customers are thronging the showrooms to buy electric scooters that offer more mileage at a lower price. Taking advantage of this demand, Lectrix EV came into the field. The Indian company has launched an electric scooter named LXS 2.0. The company claims that it can run continuously for 98 km on a full charge. It will cost Rs 79,999 to buy (ex-showroom).
The Lectrix LXS 2.0 electric scooter has been launched
Lectrix feels that the LXS 2.0 e-scooter will satisfy buyers on three fronts – range, quality and value. The booking of the model has started immediately after the launch. Delivery will start from next month i.e. March. The newly launched LXS 2.0 sits below the LXS 3.0 in the company’s portfolio.
The new scooter features a BLDC hub motor and a 2.3 kWh battery pack. The maximum speed is 60 km per hour. Key features include 25-litre under-seat storage, 10-inch wheels with 90/110 section front and 110/90 section rear tyres.
Incidentally, the company is offering a 3-year/30,000 km (whichever is earlier) warranty on its new electric scooter, the LXS 2.0. Anti Theft System, Emergency SOS, Doorstep Service will reduce the worries of buyers. Currently, more than 10,000 Lectrix electric scooters are on the roads in India.
