Lava Bangalore smartphone is spotted on Geekbench, it is another budget offering from the company as it’s specifications suggests. After Micromax, another Indian Brand Lava is ready to take the market share of the Chinese smartphone Brands as Boycott Chinese products campaign is in trend this year after the Coronavirus pandemic occurs. The Geekbench listing is shared by a reliable tipster Abhishek Yadav on Twitter.

Lava Bangalore Smartphone Geekbench listing tipped some key specifications. The listing suggests that the smartphone will come with a MediaTek Arm MT6765V/WB octa-core processor clocked at a frequency of 2.30 GHz. The chipset with the same model number is seen on Micromax IN 1B that confirms the presence of MediaTek Helio G35. This chipset is previously seen on many Realme devices, poco phones, and Xiaomi phones as well.

The MediaTek Helio G35 comes integrated with IMG PowerVR GE8320 GPU. The listing also revealed a 4GB RAM variant and it might be possible the phone will come in more RAM variants as well. The phone will come running on Android 10 out of the box. The Lava Bangalore is able to get a decent score of 169 in single-core and 922 in multi-core in Geekbench 5 test.

Lava Bangalore will compete against Micromax IN 1B, Realme C11, Poco C3, and more. As all the smartphones come at a nearly equal price point and similar specifications it is quite reasonable How Lava is going to compete with other smartphone brands at this price point. As the phone appears on Geekbench so it is expected to launch soon.
