To capitalize on this opportunity, Kia has pulled the curtain on the facelift version of its best-selling car in India, the Seltos. Surprisingly, the car broke the record on the first day of bookings. According to company sources, Kia Seltos Facelift received a total of 13,424 units of advance bookings in just 24 hours.
Kia reported total bookings of 1,973 units for the K-Code program. This is the ‘Priority Delivery’ program launched by the company for a select number of customers. With this number of bookings, Kia claims it is the highest number of first-day bookings ever in the mid-size SUV segment. Now the question is, how is the booking of the Kia Celts facelift going? How to book Kia Seltos Facelift
Kia successfully unveiled their Seltos Facelift last July 4. Advance booking of the vehicle is being done from the company’s Indian website. Again, bookings are being accepted from all dealerships of the company in this country. 25,000 for booking.
Kia Seltos Facelift Features and Engine Specifications
The made-in-India Seltos facelift features a tiger nose grille, redesigned LED headlamps, LED DRLs and LED connected taillamps. The list of new features includes – ambient lighting, dual pane panoramic sunroof, 18 inch alloy wheels, dual zone automatic AC, air purifier etc.
The new version of Seltos comes with the second-tier ADAS or Advanced Driver Assistance System as an interesting feature. Out of this 17 features are present. Such as – Blind Spot Collision Warning, Blind Spot Avoidance Assist, Rear Cross Traffic Collision Warning and Rear Cross Traffic Collision Avoidance Assist.
The Kia Seltos Facelift is offered in three variants – X-line, GT-line and Tech line. Under the hood is a 1.5 liter petrol engine. From which 115 HP power will be generated. Kia has confirmed that the sale of the old version of the 1.5 liter turbo diesel engine model will also continue. Its output is 116 hp. A new 1.5 liter turbo petrol engine is also offered. From which 160 HP of power and 253 Nm of torque will be available.
