Kawasaki announced their huge sports tour in India, Versys 1100 launches. The vast appearance motorcycle has been priced at Tk 12.5 lakh (X-showroom). In the country market it will only be found in one color option – metallic matte graphene steel gray/metallic diablo Black. You may be surprised to hear that the small version of the bike, the Versys 1000 was shut down, was priced at Tk 1.5 lakh (X-showroom).
Being about one lakh cheap, it is clear that Qawasaki is trying to sell Versys 1100 in a good number of India. The performance touring is the main attraction of the bike. It uses 1 cc liquid cooled, inline-far engine, capable of producing 5 PS power in 5 rpm and 12 NM torque in 5 rpm. The number of gears is six.
Multiple changes have been made to the Kawasak Versys 1100 engine. The bike got a large motor due to the length of the stroke. It contains new camsfts including higher compression ratios, heavy flywheels, long intake funnels inside the airbox, narrow intake port and low valve lift. The ratio of gear has also changed.
For suspension, there is a front inverted fork and gas charged psychosis on the back. Both are pre-download adjusable On the front to handle the responsibility of the braking, dual semi-flotting disc brakes and single disc brakes on the back. Versys 1100 weighs 25 kg (carb) and the capacities of the fuel tank are 20 liters. Booking has begun in all the showrooms of Kawasaki and the delivery will start within a few days.
