Redmi K40 Game Enhanced Edition battery capacity and fast charging have been teased on Weibo. It will be fueled by a bigger battery capacity as compared to the recently launched Redmi K40 phones (Redmi K40, Redmi K40 Pro, and Redmi K40 Pro+) which all have a 4520mAh battery capacity. The company already confirmed that it is going to be the thinnest & lightweight gaming smartphone of 2021.

Redmi is all set to launch the K40 Game Enhanced Edition on April 27 in China. Ahead of its launch event, The Chinese tech company shared yet another teaser on Weibo which revealed the battery capacity and fast charging support of the gaming phone. As per the teaser, The K40 game enhanced edition will pack a 5065mah battery and may include the support of 67W fast charging. Plus, The company also teased a video that highlights the phone’s pulsating ambient light that is built around the triple camera setup. The video confirms that the LED can be switched to different colors. These lights are not only used for gaming but can also be used for call notifications, messages, and charging.

The K40 gaming phone might available in three color options – White, black & will come with a metallic frame, silky matte finish, and Gorilla Glass 5 protection. Further, The phone will also include the support of adjustable pop-up shoulder buttons, The company claims that these gaming triggers could be work with more than 100 mobile games.

Some previous reports suggested that Redmi K40 Game Enhanced Edition will feature a flexible OLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate, 480Hz touch sampling rate, and HDR10+ support. It will be powered by MediaTek’s Dimensity 1200 processor and may equip with a triple rear camera setup.  The phone is expected to be run on Android 11 out of the box with customized MIUI on top.
