Huawei Nova 8i has been debuted with Snapdragon 662 SoC and 64-MP Quad rear camera in Malaysia. It is the successor of the Huawei Nova 7i which was launched back in February last year. The Nova 8i runs on Android 11 with EMUI 11 on top and comes in Interstellar Blue, Moonlight Silver, and Starry Black color variants.

The Huawei nova 8i comes with a 6.67-inches IPS LCD FHD+ (2376 x 1080 pixels) resolution display, 180Hz touch sampling rate, super-thin bezels and a dual punch hole cutout on the top left corner. Under the hood, The handset is powered by the Snapdragon 662 chipset and coupled with 8GB + 128GB storage. In terms of camera, the handset is equipped with a Quad rear camera setup that houses a 64-Megapixel (primary) camera with an f/1.9 aperture + 8-Megapixel (ultra-wide) sensor + 2-Megapixel (depth) sensor + 2-Megapixel (macro) sensor.
For selfie & videos, it boasts a 16-Megapixel selfie camera with an f/2.0 aperture. It is backed by a 4,300mAh battery and 66W fast charging technology. The company claims it can go from 0% to 100% in just 38 minutes. For connectivity, It has Bluetooth v5.0, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac 2.4 GHz/ 5GHZ support, 3.5mm headphone jack and a Type-C port for charging and data transfer. The sensor onboard includes accelerometer, gyroscope, proximity, compass and a side mounted fingerprint sensor.

Huawei Nova 8i comes in a solo version of the 8GB RAM and 128GB storage that is priced at RM1299 (around Rs.23,294).
