HTC Wildfire E2 Plus with UNISOC Tiger T610, 6.82-inch display launched: Price, Specifications

HTC Wildfire E2 Plus was revealed as the new budget smartphone from the Taiwan-based Tech Giant. it is not clear whether HTC has stopped mobile production or not but it seems that the company hasn’t completely stopped manufacturing smartphones yet. Like other HTC smartphones, it is quite overpriced.

HTC Wildfire E2 Plus features a 6.82 inches IPS LCD display with an HD+ ( 720 x 1640 pixels ) resolution, 90hz fast refresh rate, and 263PPI pixel density. Under the hood, the smartphone is powered by a Unisoc Tiger T610 octa-core chipset that comes coupled with Mali G52MP2 GPU. It is accompanied by 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage that can be extended via a microSD card slot up to 256GB.

Note that the Gateway, which is based on the Mahindra Scorpio Classic, has a wheelbase of 2,600 mm. Whereas the pick-up version of the Scorpio N will have a wheelbase of 3,000 mm. As a result, a large cargo deck can be easily replaced. Mahindra has not yet released any images or information about their upcoming pick-up truck concept. But by looking at the teaser, it is assumed that it will be able to run with Vikram even on difficult roads. The video shows the double cab body style, rugged looking front grille, and large wheeled tires for off-road use. The production version of the Mahindra Scorpio N pick-up truck is expected to hit the market in 2025. It is likely to come in both single and double cab body styles. It has petrol and diesel engine options as powertrain. Again the car can be chosen with two transmissions – manual and automatic. Mahindra will offer its pick-up truck in both two-wheel drive and four-wheel drive versions. However, whether the upcoming model will replace the Scorpio pick-up or be sold as a standalone model is not yet clear.

In terms of camera, the smartphone boasts a dual rear camera that includes 13-megapixel primary sensor with f/2.2 aperture, a 5-megapixel ultrawide lens, a 2-megapixel depth sensor, and a 2-megapixel macro sensor. For selfies, the phone sports an 8-megapixel front-facing camera under the waterdrop notch. The device comes running on Android 11 out of the box.

The smartphone is packed with a 4600mah battery and there is no information regarding the charging whether it supports fast charging or not. For connectivity, the phone includes 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, Bluetooth 5.0, GPS, USB Type-C port, and a 3.5mm headphone jack. In terms of Dimensions, the device measures 78.6 x 174.2 x 9.3 mm and weighs 210 grams.

HTC Wildfire E2 Plus comes in a solo configuration of 4GB + 64Gb priced at 12,990 RUB ( Rs. 13,300 approx ) and the company offered the phone in a single Black color option. It can be purchased via the Citilink e-commerce website in Russia.
