The sales of two-wheelers in India are seen to increase during the monsoon season. As a result, various two-wheeler manufacturers announce attractive offers at this time i.e. in the month of July. For example, Jaipur-based electric two-wheeler maker Hop Electric Mobility announced attractive monsoon discounts on all their battery-powered scooters and motorcycles.

Up to Rs 4,000 discount on Hope’s electric scooters Leo and Lyf. 10,000 off on Oxo e-bikes. Again, the company is offering 100 percent financing option for the electric motorcycle so that more and more buyers can easily bring it home.
Meanwhile, last month Hope announced a price cut for the Oxo electric bike. Ex-showroom price of the model is Rs 1.48 lakh without Monsoon offer. Again, the high and slow variants of Hop Leo are priced at Rs 97,500 and Rs 84,000 respectively. And the cost to buy slow Hop Lyf is Rs 67,500.
Commenting on the Monsoon offer, Rajneesh Singh, Chief Marketing Officer, Hope Electric Mobility said, “We do not want to have any hesitation in adopting electric vehicles. We don’t want any customer to buy our electric scooters because of money. So we have decided to launch 100 percent financing offer on Oxo e-motorcycles. Also offering discounts on Oxo, Leo and Lyf.”
Incidentally, Hop Oxo was launched in the market in November 2022. Its competing models in the market include – Tork Kratos R, Revolt RV400, Oben Rorr etc. It comes with a 3.75 kWh lithium ion battery pack. 8.2 bhp of power is available from its electric motor. The bike promises a range of 150 km on a full charge.
