GoPro HERO10 Black with 5.3k at 60fps, GP2 Processor launched: Price, Specifications


GoPro HERO10 Black was announced as the successor to the GoPro Hero 9 Black that was revealed last year. The company added more stabilization at higher frame rates, upload photos/videos to the cloud while charging, the latest chipset, and more. This time the experience is gonna be more immersive and fluid.

GoPro HERO10 Black comes with a GP2 processor due to which the frame rates while capturing the videos are nearly doubled compared to Hero9. It comes with HyperSmooth 4.0 stabilization feature coupled with high resolution and higher frames. The processor helps in removing more noise, enhances video in low-light environments, and allows local tone mapping while capturing the videos.



Hero 10 Black can shoot 23MP photos and can capture 5k videos at 19.6MP frames. The new camera is capable of capturing videos at 5.3k resolution at 60fps, 4k resolution at 120fps, and 2.7k resolution at 240fps. The camera also comes with the Horizon Leveling feature, this lets you tilt p to 45 degrees before the sky starts moving, which is a big improvement over the 27 degrees on the Hero9.


As mentioned earlier, it comes with uploading to cloud features but it is only functional with a Gopro subscription that costs 5$ a month and 50$ a year and there is also access to GoPro’s damaged camera replacement program. If you don’t want to purchase a subscription no issue you can wireless transfer the photos/videos to the smartphone.


GoPro HERO10 Black Price and Availability


As per the report, GoPro HERO10 Black is priced at 499.$ and 399$ with a subscription while the camera is priced at Rs. 54,500 in India without a subscription.
