The new Ather 450 series will have special technology
Whether it will be launched as an updated model of the existing 450 variant, or an all-new model, the company has confirmed. Its biggest attraction may be the “Magic Twist Feature”. This feature was first added to the Ather 450 Apex scooter. The advantage of this is that, instead of manually applying the brakes, a twist of the throttle will apply the brakes.
The scooter can be braked, speeded up, slowed down or completely stopped by twisting the throttle. Let us inform you, this feature is not present in any electric scooter. So this can be a big surprise.
Other models of Ether are increasing in price
On the other hand, Ether has increased the price of electric scooters from January 1. Ather Rizta, known as a family electric scooty, has gone up in price. It is said that the price will increase by Rs. 5,000-6,000. Rizta prices start at Rs 1.10 lakh (ex-showroom). The price of the scooters under the 450 series will also increase, the company said. Incidentally, Ether Energy is about to bring an IPO to the market. The company submitted that application to SEBI in early 2024. Ether got his approval that day.
