Maruti Suzuki Alto K10 CNG

Currently the cheapest CNG car in India is the Maruti Alto K10 after Alto 800 was discontinued due to BS-6 emission norms. It is based on HeartTect platform. Its CNG variant is priced at Rs 5.73 lakh (ex-showroom). While the petrol model has a 1.2-litre engine, the CNG version has a 1.0-litre engine that produces 56bhp of power and 82.1Nm of torque. The Alto K10 CNG is capable of delivering a mileage of 33.85 km per kg.

Maruti Suzuki S-Presso CNG

S-Presso is one of the cheapest CNG cars in the country after Alto K10. The LXI and VXI variants of this mini SUV style car have a factory-fitted CNG kit. The 998 cc engine produces a maximum power of 56 bhp and 82.1 Nm of torque in CNG mode. The S-Presso gets a mileage of 32.73 kmpl from CNG. Price Rs 5.91 lakh (ex-showroom).

Maruti Suzuki Celerio CNG

The third cheapest CNG car in India is the Maruti Suzuki WagonR. Its LXI variant has a 1.0-litre engine with a CNG kit. Its output is 56 bhp and 82.1 Nm. The WagonR CNG is capable of delivering a mileage of 34.05 km. The CNG version of the car costs Rs 6.44 lakh (ex-showroom).
