Xiaomi’s most advanced flagship smartphone after China, Xiaomi 14 Ultra has entered the global market. At a launch event held in Barcelona, the Chinese brand unveiled the much-awaited device alongside the standard Xiaomi 14 and some other new products. The Xiaomi 14 Ultra has an OLED display, Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor, quadruple 50-megapixel cameras and a 5,300 mAh battery. Specifications and features of Xiaomi 14 Ultra
The Xiaomi 14 Ultra has a 6.73-inch OLED display with micro-curves on all sides. This panel offers QHD+ resolution of 3,200 x 1,440 pixels, 522 ppi pixel density, 12-bit color depth and 1 Hz-120 Hz refresh rate (LTPO). The screen also supports Dolby Vision, 3,000 nits peak brightness level, 1,920 Hz PWM dimming and DC dimming. The Xiaomi 14 Ultra is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor, coupled with LPDDR5X RAM and UFS 4.0 storage and a liquid cooling system. In terms of software, the device runs HyperOS custom skin based on Android 14.
In terms of cameras, the rear panel of the Xiaomi 14 Ultra features a Leica-tuned quad-camera setup. The system features a 50-megapixel primary sensor with variable aperture, a 50-megapixel ultrawide lens, a 50-megapixel 3.2x telephoto sensor and a 50-megapixel 5x periscope telephoto lens. And inside the punch-hole cutout above the display is a 32-megapixel selfie camera.
Besides, connectivity options of Xiaomi 14 Ultra include dual SIM, 5G connectivity, WiFi 7, Bluetooth 5.4, GNSS, Near Field Communication (NFC) and USB 3.2 Gen2. It offers IR blaster, in-screen fingerprint sensor, dual stereo speakers, X-axis linear vibration motor and IP68 rating. Finally for power backup, the Xiaomi 14 Ultra is powered by a 5,300mAh battery, which supports 90W wired, 80W wireless and 10W reverse wireless charging.
Xiaomi 14 Ultra Price and Availability
The 16GB RAM + 512GB storage model of Xiaomi 14 Ultra has been priced at 1,499 Euros (roughly Rs. 1,34,510) in the global market. Its price may vary based on the market. This Xiaomi phone will be available in black and white color options and both the variants will feature a leather back. The Xiaomi 14 Ultra is going to be launched in the Indian market along with the standard Xiaomi 14 model on March 7.
