Xiaomi's president and general manager of the smartphone division, Lu Weibing, has revealed details about the upcoming flagship model on Chinese social media.
Xiaomi 15 Ultra is coming to the global market in February
Weibing said the Xiaomi 15 Ultra will debut right after China's Spring Festival, which starts at the end of January. He also confirmed that the smartphone will be available for sale globally in addition to its launch in China. While the launch date has not been revealed, the Xiaomi boss' statement hinted at the phone's debut at the Mobile World Congress (MWC 2025) event in Barcelona.
The Xiaomi 15 Ultra will retain the round camera module on the back panel like its predecessor models. The phone may have a total of three cameras, including a periscope telephoto lens. A 2K resolution display can be seen for a great visual experience. An ultrasonic fingerprint sensor will be available for security.
The Snapdragon 8 Elite processor will be used in the Xiaomi 15 Ultra smartphone for high-performance. May support 90W wired and 50W wireless charging. The battery capacity is expected to be 6,000 mAh. The phone may offer premium finishes like Vigan Leather, fiberglass, and ceramic. Finally, satellite connectivity will be one of the highlights of this device.
