The main USP of the Xiaomi Mix Flip is its large 4.01-inch display, which is the largest in the segment. It has symmetrical bezels surrounding it on all sides. The screen offers a 120Hz refresh rate, 1.5K resolution and 3,000 nits peak brightness. Xiaomi has used their Dragon Crystal Glass on the display to protect against damage.
The secondary cover screen houses a dedicated earpiece and a microphone on the top bezel, allowing users to make calls without opening the device. It supports a full-size keyboard along with smart partitions, full-screen photography and other smart features, making it both functional and aesthetically pleasing.
The main internal screen of the Xiaomi Mix Flip measures 6.86 inches and offers the same resolution, refresh rate and peak brightness as the secondary display. A side-mounted fingerprint scanner is embedded in the device's power button. It is quite light with a weight of just 192 grams and a thickness of 15.99 millimeters when folded.
For photography, the rear panel of the Xiaomi Mix Flip features a Leica-branded dual rear camera setup, which includes a 50-megapixel primary sensor with optical image stabilization and a 50-megapixel floating telephoto lens with 2x zoom. The Xiaomi Mix Flip comes in White, Purple and Black color options. The 12GB RAM + 256GB storage model of the Clamshell Foldable is priced at 5,999 Yuan (approximately Rs. 69,100), while the higher-end 12GB RAM + 512GB storage and 16GB RAM + 1TB storage models are priced at 6,499 Yuan (approx. Rs 74,850 approx) and 7,299 Yuan (approx Rs 84,060). The foldable phone will be available for sale from July 23. It is not yet known when the phone will arrive in global markets including India.
