Xiaomi is gearing up to unveil some of their new smartphones Three different Xiaomi, Redmi and Poco phones have been spotted on Europe's EEC certification platform. Among them, the next-generation flagship Xiaomi 15 phone has been identified. The device was previously spotted in the IMEI database, and now appears in the EEC certification with the same model number. This indicates that the company is gearing up to launch the devices in the market. The Xiaomi 15 series is expected to be launched in October and could be the first smartphone powered by Qualcomm brand's upcoming flagship Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 processor.
EEC certification of Xiaomi smartphones
The European Economic Community Certification Platform has listed four Xiaomi devices with model numbers 2410FPCC5G, 2409BRN2CA, 2409BRN2CY and 24129PN74G. Of these model numbers, 24129PN74G has previously been seen in the EMI database. On the other hand, the three newly revealed model numbers indicate that new Poco and Redmi branded models are also on the way
Notably, the Xiaomi 15 is the only device that has been spotted on other certification platforms before appearing in the EEC certification. While the remaining three model numbers were revealed for the first time, this now points to the upcoming launch of the affordable Poco and Redmi models. But no further information about these models is available as of now. It remains to be seen what Xiaomi is going to offer with these handsets.
