Along with the standard Xiaomi 14, the Xiaomi 14 Ultra model is rumored to be launched in the global market on February 25. But before that, there are reports that the flagship phone will be initially launched in China on the 22nd. The price and storage options of Xiaomi 14 have been leaked before the official launch.
Xiaomi 14 Ultra Storage and Price (Probable)
A Chinese tipster named Experience More claimed in his Weibo (Chinese micro-blogging platform) post that the Xiaomi 14 Ultra will launch in China with three RAM and storage options. These are – 12GB RAM + 256GB storage and 16GB RAM + 512GB storage and 16GB RAM + 1TB storage.

The tipster also claims that the Xiaomi 14 Ultra will come in a special titanium-build version, which will only be available in 16GB RAM + 1TB storage. If the 16GB+1TB version of the Xiaomi 14 Ultra is priced the same as the previous generation 13 Ultra, it will be priced at 7,299 Yuan (roughly Rs. 85,400). However, the Titanium version will cost another 500 Yuan (about Rs. 5,850) or more. In case of price hike, it is also hinted that the Titanium variant will be priced around 8,000 Yuan (roughly Rs. 92,320).
Xiaomi 14 Ultra: Specifications (Unofficial)
According to reports, the Xiaomi 14 Ultra will feature a curved-edge 6.73-inch OLED 2K display, which will support a 120Hz refresh rate. The screen is expected to embed an ultrasonic in-display fingerprint scanner. In terms of performance, the Xiaomi 14 Ultra will be powered by a Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset, paired with LPDDR5X RAM and UFS 4.0 storage. It will run on Android 14 based HyperOS custom skin
In terms of photography, the rear panel of the Xiaomi 14 Ultra is said to feature a 50-megapixel LYT-900 primary camera with optical image stabilization (OIS) and variable aperture support. And the main camera can be paired with a 50-megapixel IMX858 ultra-wide camera, a 50-megapixel IMX858 3.2x telephoto lens with OIS, and a 50-megapixel 5x periscope telephoto camera with OIS. And for selfies, there will be a 32-megapixel front-facing camera on the front of the phone. In terms of power backup, the Xiaomi 14 Ultra is likely to have a 5,300mAh battery with 90Hz wired and 50MP wireless charging support.
