Xiaomi is rumored to launch the Xiaomi 13T in September as the successor to the 12T series launched in October last year. The series will have two models – Xiaomi 13T and Xiaomi 13T Pro. The phones have been the subject of speculation in tech circles for quite some time now. They are even spotted on multiple certification sites. And now the standard Xiaomi 13T model has appeared on the US FCC’s certification platform, revealing some of its key specifications. Let’s find out about them.
Xiaomi 13T got FCC approval
Xiaomi 13 with model number 2306EPN60G has already received certification from multiple platforms like European Economic Community (EEC), IMEI Database, Singapore IMDA, TKDN. And now the phone has also been listed on the US Federal Communications Commission (FCC) site with the same model number. According to the FCC document shared by tipster Mukul Sharma, the Xiaomi 13T will come with MIUI 14 software version preinstalled and will offer connectivity options like NFC, 5G, Wi-Fi 802.11ax, Bluetooth and GNSS.
Also, the FCC database revealed that three samples of the Xiaomi 13T are under testing. Both samples feature 8GB of RAM, 256GB of storage and a glass back cover. And the third sample with 12GB RAM and 256GB storage has a PU back cover.
Specifications of Xiaomi 13T (Probable)
Recent reports suggest that the Xiaomi 13T phone will come with a 6.7-inch AMOLED display with 1.5K resolution and 144Hz refresh rate. MediaTek’s Dimension 9200 Plus or Snapdragon 8 Plus Gen 2 chipset can be used in it. While details about the camera setup are not yet known, it is speculated that the Xiaomi 13T series will be launched in the global market on September 1, with the base model priced at £599 (roughly Rs. 64,370). The device is expected to have a 5,000 mAh battery with 67 fast charging support.
On the other hand, the Xiaomi 13T Pro model is said to be the rebranded version of the upcoming Redmi K60 Ultra in the Chinese market. The Geekbench listing of the phone indicates that it will be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9200+ processor. The 13T Pro may come in a Meadow Green color option and is expected to be priced at £799 (roughly Rs. 85,850).
