Last April, Xiaomi launched the Xiaomi 13 Ultra in China as their most premium flagship smartphone this year. Buyers were waiting for days when the device will arrive in the global market. And now, ending the wait, the global launch date of the phone has been announced by Xiaomi.
A microsite of the Xiaomi 13 Ultra has gone live on the brand’s website. There is a countdown timer confirming the launch date.
Xiaomi 13 Ultra will be launched in the global market next week
According to the countdown timer on the official site, the global launch event of Xiaomi 13 Ultra will be held on Thursday, June 8. Aspirants who purchase the 13 Ultra will get a number of additional benefits, such as free three months of YouTube Premium and 6 months of 100GB Google One subscription. The Xiaomi 13 Ultra is only available in the 12GB RAM + 512GB storage variant in the global market. In Europe, the price may be 1,299 Euros (approx. Rs. 1,14,800) or 1,499 Euros (approx. Rs. 1,32,450). It will be available in black and green colors.
Specifications of Xiaomi 13 Ultra
The Xiaomi 13 Ultra features a 6.73-inch AMOLED LTPO display, offering QuadHD+ resolution, 120Hz refresh rate and an under-display fingerprint scanner. The device will be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset, coupled with LPDDR5X RAM and UFS 4.0 storage. The phone runs on MIUI 14 (MIUI 14) user interface based on Android 13 operating system.
For photography, the Xiaomi 13 Ultra has a 50-megapixel 1-inch Sony IMX989 main camera on the back, a 50-megapixel ultra-wide lens, a 50-megapixel telephoto camera with optical image stabilization (OIS), and a 50-megapixel periscope lens with OIS and 5x optical zoom. And on the front is a 32-megapixel front-facing camera. Xiaomi 13 Ultra comes with a 5,000mAh battery for power backup, which supports 90W wired and 50W wireless charging.
