Xiaomi is gearing up to unveil its next generation flagship Xiaomi 14 series of smartphones. A lot of information surrounding the lineup is already floating online. And now a report has revealed that the Xiaomi 14 phone has appeared on the Geekbench benchmarking database, revealing some of its hardware details. Let's find out what information has emerged about the upcoming Xiaomi phone.
The Xiaomi 14 phone was spotted on the Geekbench platform
The Xiaomi 14 phone with model number 2406APNFAG scored 4,389 points in the single-core test and 15,043 points in the multi-core test. The Geekbench listing reveals that the upcoming Xiaomi 14 will run on the Android 14 operating system and pack 12GB of RAM. The benchmark database has also indicated that the Xiaomi 14 handset may feature the MediaTek Dimension 8300 Ultra chipset. However, apart from these the Geekbench listing has not revealed any other specifications of the device.
Notably, the upcoming Xiaomi 14 lineup is expected to include two devices – the standard Xiaomi 14 and the Xiaomi 14 Pro. The global variant of the Xiaomi 14 Pro handset was recently spotted on the Geekbench database with the model number 2407FPN8EG.
The device has also been approved by certification platforms like Singapore's IMDA and Thailand's NBTC – with the same model number. The NBTC database revealed that the Xiaomi 14 Pro will support connectivity options like GSM, WCDMA, LTE and NR.
Also, Xiaomi has listed 14 pro cameras in the FV-5 database, confirming that the handset's primary rear camera will support f/1.6 aperture, 12.6-megapixel pixel binning and optical image stabilization. This 12.6-megapixel pixel binning indicates that the device will have a 50-megapixel main camera.
