With 1 week to go, Realme has announced when the much awaited smartphone will be launched

Realme has been working on their flagship Realme GT Neo 6 series for the past few months. In this lineup, the standard Realme GT Neo 6 and Realme GT Neo 6 SE models are known for now. The brand has already started the launch of the SE model. Similarly, Realme’s Vice President and Global Marketing President Xu Qi announced through his social media handle that the Realme GT Neo 6 SE will be released next week.

Realme GT Neo 6 SE Specifications (Expected)

The Realme GT Neo 6 SE is already confirmed to come with the newly released Qualcomm Snapdragon 7Plus Gen 3 chipset. It is comprised of a Cortex-X4 performance core clocked at 2.8 GHz, four 2.6 GHz Cortex-A720 mid-cores and three 1.9 GHz Cortex-A520 efficiency cores. And for graphics, there is Adreno 732 GPU. As reported by NanoReview, the Snapdragon 7Plus Gen 3 scored around 13,67,000 points on the AnTuTu 10 (AnTuTu 10) benchmarking site. And Geekbench 6 scored 1,913 and 5,098 in the benchmark’s single and multi-core tests, respectively.

Talking about other specifications, the Realme GT Neo 6 SE will feature a new 1.5K 8T LTPO panel made by Chinese display manufacturer BOE, with manual peak brightness of 1,000 nits, global peak brightness of 1,600 nits (activated in high ambient light) and high The screen can reach a local peak brightness level of 6,000 nits in certain situations, such as streaming HDR content in bright conditions.

But despite this brightness, Realme GT Neo 6 SE’s AMOLED panel does not compromise on eye protection. The phone is expected to be equipped with 2,160 Hz high-frequency PWM (PWM) dimming and a hardware-level solution to reduce blue-light emissions.

Notably, Realme GT Neo 6 SE’s front and back panel designs have already been revealed by China’s TENNA certification platform. In a departure from the current standard, the phone is said to have curved edges on both the front and back. According to an earlier leaked image, Realme is likely to ditch the 2-megapixel macro camera found in the predecessor GT Neo 5 SE, thus offering a dual rear camera setup. Expect more information about the Realme GT Neo 6 SE to surface soon.
