Wireless charging feature even in low-cost phones, Vivo Y03 is coming to surprise, launch soon

Vivo has recently removed the screen from a smartphone called Vivo Y200e in the Indian market. It is also rumored that the brand will soon launch another Y-series phone called Vivo Y200 Pro. Also, another Y-lineup affordable handset called Vivo Y03 is in the works, which is going to hit the global market as well as China. Ahead of the launch, Taiwan’s NCC certification platform has now revealed some of the Vivo Y03’s specifications.

Vivo Y03 gets NCC approval

Vivo Y03 phone with model number V2332 has been listed on Taiwan’s National Communications Commission platform. NCC has revealed that the phone will come with a 4,800 mAh battery, which is expected to deliver a typical capacity of 5,000 mAh. The battery will support 15W wired fast charging, which aims to significantly reduce charging time. The model number of the specific charging adapter included with the smartphone is V1530L0B0-US.

A variant of the Vivo Y03 phone is said to offer at least 64GB of in-built memory. But for those users who need extra space, it will also have a microSD card slot, which will support up to 1 TB of extended storage.

In terms of performance, the Vivo Y03 is expected to be powered by the MediaTek Helio G85 processor, paired with up to 4GB of RAM and likely to run on the latest Android 14 operating system. The handset has already appeared on the Geekbench site and in its benchmark tests, the Vivo Y03 scored 392 points in single-core and 1,304 points in multi-core, indicating good enough performance for the segment.

Also confirmed by CQC certification, Vivo Y03 will also feature 15W wireless charging technology. And the Bluetooth Special Interest Group (Bluetooth SIG) certification has revealed that the device will support Bluetooth 5.3 version for connectivity.
