Vivo is gearing up to launch a new mid-range smartphone It will probably enter the market under the name Vivo Y27 5G. Last month, the phone was also spotted on Google Play Console and NCC website. From where the specifications and live images of the device have been revealed. Ahead of the launch now, the Y27 5G model has also been spotted on the EEC certification site.

The model number of Vivo Y27 5G is V2302

Vivo’s upcoming phone with model number V2302 has been listed on the European Economic Community (EEC) certification site. However, no additional information about the handset has been revealed except the model number. However, some earlier reports have mentioned that the Vivo Y27 5G will be powered by the MediaTek Dimension 700 chipset.

Notably, MediaTek will likely rebrand the Dimension 700 as the Dimension 6020 processor. Besides, Vivo Y27 5G is said to run on Android 13 OS based FunTouchOS 13 (FunTouchOS 13) user interface. According to the Google Play Console listing, the chipset will be paired with 6GB of RAM and the phone’s display will offer FullHD+ resolution and 440ppi screen density.

It is also rumored that the Vivo Y27 model will likely be launched as a rebranded version of the Y36 5G. If this is true, the Y27 is expected to feature a 6.44-inch LCD panel, offering a 90Hz refresh rate. For photography, it will include a 50-megapixel primary camera sensor, a 2-megapixel depth sensor and an LED flash. And a 16 megapixel selfie camera can be seen in front of the phone.
