Vivo is currently reportedly working on a new flagship X-series smartphone. Already, various information about the phones included in the Vivo X100 lineup have started leaking. And now hypothetical renders of the Vivo X100 Pro+ have surfaced via a source, giving a glimpse of the design based on the leaked information till date.
According to the new renders, the company’s flagship phone, the X100 Pro+, will house the camera module in a rectangular matrix area on the left side of the back panel. Which is very similar to the Vivo X80 series. That means the upcoming X100 lineup will continue the design language of its predecessor. And what information emerged from this render? Let’s find out.
Vivo X100 Pro+ design leaked
A tipster has shared the hypothetical design of the top-end Pro Plus model of the Vivo X100 series. The image shows that a circular camera module will be located on the left side of the phone’s rear panel, enclosed within a rectangular matrix area. This module will have four camera sensors, one of which will be the periscope lens. There will be an LED flash in the right corner.
The renders show the Vivo X100 Pro Plus with a black rear panel. On the other hand, the phone is expected to have a curved edge display with a punch-hole cutout centered on the front. But remember, this is based on imagination, so looks may differ from original or production models.
Another source claims that the Vivo X10 Pro Plus will debut early next year. However, the Vivo X100 Pro model will be launched later this year along with the standard Vivo X100. Recent reports indicate that the regular and Pro models will use the MediaTek Dimension 9300 chipset.
On the other hand, the most high-end X100 Pro Plus will come with Qualcomm’s upcoming flagship Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 mobile platform. Vivo estimates that the overall performance of the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 will surpass the Dimension 9300. Again, Vivo and MediaTek are working together to optimize the performance of the Dimension 9300 chipset to the maximum.
As per the information available so far about the photography department, the back panel of the Vivo X100 will feature a 50-megapixel Sony IMX989 primary camera, a 32-megapixel ultra-wide-angle sensor and a 12-megapixel periscope lens. The camera will support dual optical image stabilization.
