After the launch in China, Vivo plans to bring the foldable handset Vivo X Fold 3 Pro to the Indian market in early June. This device is currently one of the most powerful foldable smartphones in the market with raw performance and powerful camera setup. And now, the brand has officially teased the upcoming arrival of the Vivo X Fold 3 Pro phone with a Flipkart microsite. The microsite has not revealed any information about the specifications or features of the device at the moment. However, it is expected that its specifications will be similar to the Chinese model.
Vivo X Fold 3 Pro (Indian model): Expected specifications
The Indian model of the Vivo X Fold 3 Pro phone is expected to have an 8.03-inch primary display and a 6.53-inch cover display. The inner screen of the phone will offer a resolution of 2,748 x 1,172 pixels and the cover screen will offer a resolution of 2,480 x 2,200 pixels. Both displays will support LTPO technology with a refresh rate of up to 120 Hz and a peak brightness of 4,500 nits. An ultrasonic fingerprint scanner is also said to provide security on the phone.
Meanwhile, the Indian model of the Vivo X Fold 3 Pro phone will run on a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor with up to 16GB of LPDDR5 RAM and 1TB of UFS 4.0 storage. For power backup, it will feature a 5,700mAh battery with 100W wired fast charging and 50W wireless charging.
For photography, the camera setup of the Vivo X Fold 3 Pro handset may include a 50-megapixel primary camera, a 50-megapixel ultra-wide lens and a 64-megapixel periscope lens with 3x optical zoom. And in front of the phone will be a 32 megapixel front camera with the support of Vivo V3 imaging chip. Other features of the Vivo X Fold 3 Pro phone include stereo speakers, wireless Hi-Fi audio support, Wi-Fi 7, dual 5G SIM slots and Near Field Communication (NFC) support.
