It is reported that it will be a rebranded version of the Vivo S30.

Abhishek Yadav said Vivo V3 could launch in India on August 7. On that day, the company's new Android 3 -based Fantach OS 5 custom skin will be brought forward. Although a few reports were previously stated, Vivo will come up with Originos instead of Fantach OS.
However, Vivo V3 has already received approval from EC, Malaysia's Sirim and TUV certification site in Europe. The specification of the phone has come out from these certification sites. It is reported that it will support 5 watts of rapid charging.
As I said earlier, the Vivo V60 device may be the rebranded version of the Vivo S30. That was launched in China a few weeks ago. This smartphone has a 5.5 -inch OLED display, with a resolution 4.1K and refresh rate 120 Hartz. For the performance it is present in Snapdragon 4 Jane 4 chipset, up to 5 GB and 12GB UFS 2.2 storage.
This device has a 5 mAh capacit battery for power backup, which will support 5 watts of fast charging. The triple rear camera setup with 5 megapixel primary sensor and 1 megapixel telephoto lens and 5 megapixel ultra-wide lens is present with OIS support for photography. It has a 5 megapixel autofocus front camera for selfie and video calling. These features are expected to be on the Vivo V60 smartphone.
