Vivo is gearing up to launch its next generation flagship Vivo X200 smartphone series in China on October 14. Ahead of the official launch, smartphones from this lineup have now appeared in China's 3C (CCC) certification database. Let's see what information emerged from this listing.
Vivo X200 series smartphones were spotted on the 3C certification platform
China Compulsory Certification (3C) listing lists three upcoming Vivo phones with model numbers V2419A, V2405A and V2415A. All three models support 90W fast charging. It is assumed that the phone with model number V2405A is the base Vivo X200. On the other hand, there is still confusion regarding the V2415A model. It will either be a compact “mini” variant, or a “plus” model, which will offer a slight upgrade over the standard Vivo X200 handset. Finally, the V2419A model number is expected to be linked to the top-end Vivo X200 Pro.
More details about the Vivo X200 Pro have surfaced via Geekbench, a popular benchmarking platform. The listing confirms that the phone's processing power will be powered by MediaTek's upcoming MediaTek Dimension 9400 chipset, paired with 16GB of RAM.

However, the listed benchmark scores for single-core and multi-core performance (1,531 and 6,168) seem to be incorrect, as they are unusually low, even behind the MediaTek Dimensity 9300 found in Vivo's previous flagship series. However, the Geekbench listing confirmed the details of the Dimensity 9400 chip. This is consistent with the processor specifications shown on the benchmarking site earlier in the week.
The upcoming flagship processor features an octa-core CPU with a single high-performance Cortex-X5 core clocked at 3.63 GHz. It also has three Cortex-X4 cores clocked at 2.80GHz for extra power and four Cortex-A725 cores clocked at 2.10GHz for everyday tasks. Apart from the Pro model, the standard and Mini/Plus models are also expected to have the same chipset.
Vivo X200 Series Specifications
The standard Vivo X200 phone is expected to feature a 6.3-inch flat OLED (OLED) display with a 120Hz refresh rate and 1.5K resolution. It will have a 50-megapixel primary camera with a 22-nanometer Sony sensor, a periscope lens with 3x optical zoom, and an ultrawide lens. The device will be powered by a large 5,500 mAh or 5,600 mAh battery and will support both wired and wireless charging.

On the other hand, the Vivo X200 Pro may come with a curved 1.5K resolution display with a 120Hz refresh rate. The phone's rear camera setup will include a 200-megapixel periscope telephoto lens, a 50-megapixel primary sensor (presumably the same 22nm Sony sensor) and a 50-megapixel ultra-wide lens. The Vivo X200 Pro model may also feature a larger 6,000 mAh battery, water resistance (IP68 or IP69 rated) and an improved X-axis linear motor for improved haptic feedback.
Also, the Vivo X200 Mini variant is expected to feature a 1.5K resolution display, a 70mm periscope telephoto camera with 3x optical zoom, and a 5,500mAh or 5,600mAh battery.
