The low-mid range OnePlus Nord CE 3 Lite 5G smartphone gained huge popularity after its launch. The device was particularly acclaimed for offering multiple functional features at a low price. But for the past few months, users of this handset have been complaining about multiple software related issues. In view of which the company released a software update last month. This fixes black screen issue, inability to record video in time-lapse mode, among others.
However, it turns out that not every problem has been solved yet. There are even a few new bugs found. As a result OnePlus has now rolled out the new OxygenOS 14.0.0.302 update for its Nord CE 3 Lite 5G handset, which is claimed to fix a total of 9 bugs. The March Android security patch is also included with this update to provide more security. Below is the complete changelog.

- Fixed black screen when taking scrolling screenshots while watching videos.
- Fixed black screen issue when unlocking device using fingerprint scanner.
- Fixed the time when the screen goes black on tapping the notification that comes on the lock screen
- Fixed issue with third-party music players not responding.
- The gaming experience has been improved.
- March 2024 Android Security Patch is included to enhance system security.
Communication
- Wi-Fi connection stability has been improved.
- Fixed three-way call disconnection issue.
- Fixed data roaming alert not appearing after restarting device and enabling roaming option.
- Fixed the issue of incoming calls not actually ringing on the device.
- Incoming call notification was showing in both banner and full screen, which has been resolved.
Camera –
- Fixed the issue of not being able to record video in time-lapse mode when watermarks are enabled.
The company is rolling out new OS updates periodically. OnePlus Nord CE 3 Lite 5G smartphone users who have not yet received this ‘over-the-air’ (OTA) update notification, go to the device’s settings option and choose the ‘About Device’ option.
