
Vivo X300 Ultra is going to be launched in China soon. Although the launch date of the smartphone is yet to be confirmed by the company, various details about the device have been surfacing online for the past few weeks. Recently a tipster leaked the battery capacity of the Vivo X300 Ultra phone. He also announced the timing of its launch. Earlier in October, Vivo X300 and X300 Pro models of this series were launched in China.
Vivo X300 Ultra Launch Timeline
Tipster Smart Pikachu said in his Weibo post that the upcoming Vivo X300 Ultra model could be launched in China in the first quarter of 2026, i.e. between January and March. While the Vivo X200 Ultra made its debut in the country in April this year.
Note that the Vivo X300 and X300 Pro were launched in China in October, so the launch of the Vivo X300 Ultra model in the first quarter of 2026 is said to be a bit earlier than expected.

The tipster also reported that the Vivo X300 Ultra model will be powered by a 7000mAh battery. Whereas the X200 Ultra device had a 6000 mAh battery. For performance, it will use an octa-core Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset. The handset is likely to feature a 6.8-inch 2K display, triple-rear camera unit, with two 200-megapixel sensors. One of these will feature Sony’s new LYTIA 901 sensor.
