Xiaomi’s new flagship Xiaomi 14 smartphone series is set to debut in the global market on February 25. The series is rumored to include two models, one of which is definitely the standard Xiaomi 14, while the other model is believed to be the Xiaomi 14 Ultra. The Xiaomi 14 Pro, which was launched in China last November, may not make it to the global market. Information about these global models is already floating on the internet. And now a report has leaked the price of Xiaomi 14.
The leak is the global model price of Xiaomi 14
As reported by TechManiacs, the 12GB RAM and 512GB storage model of the Xiaomi 12 in Greece will be priced at 1,099 Euros (roughly Rs. 98,205). This is higher than the price of the Xiaomi 13, which was launched last year with 8GB RAM and 256GB storage for 999 Euros (roughly Rs. 89,270). It is believed that Xiaomi will not bring more RAM options for this handset in markets outside of China.
Incidentally, the Chinese model of the Xiaomi 14 with 512GB of storage (or more) offers a whopping 16GB of RAM, but that seems to have been downgraded for global market customers, as the report has revealed that the 512GB variant is paired with only 12GB of RAM. .
On the other hand, TechManiac also claims that the Xiaomi 14 Pro will be limited to the Chinese market only. The company may launch the Xiaomi 14 Ultra in the global market alongside the standard model. Xiaomi probably felt that buyers would either opt for the base Xiaomi 14 as the low-end model, or prefer the higher-end feature-packed Ultra model. As a result, the in-between Xiaomi 14 Pro may become a less desirable option among consumers. So it can be assumed that it will not come to the global market.
Also, a recent report claims that the Xiaomi 14 Ultra will launch in a special Titanium edition, which may only offer 16GB RAM + 1TB storage. Besides, there will also be the standard model with 16GB +1TB configuration, which can be had for 7,299 Yuan (roughly Rs. 85,200). But the Titanium version will cost more, around 500 yuan (roughly Rs. 5,850) more. Notably, both the standard and Ultra models of the Xiaomi 14 series will come with flagship features like Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor, Leica-tuned camera and high-resolution AMOLED display.
