The iPhone in your hand will change, Apple is making the biggest change

Big changes are coming to the iPhone. Apple is actually going to end the ‘Hey Siri’ feature called to launch the iPhone’s virtual assistant. This change is being introduced in the upcoming iOS 17 operating system. As a result, users only need to speak to Siri to activate the virtual assistant after installing this OS.

Note that Apple’s virtual assistant has been present on iPad, Mac and other Apple devices for a long time. Various changes have been made in this feature day by day. Now Bloomberg claims in their report that Apple is going to stop the ‘Hey Siri’ feature from Siri in the next few months.

According to the report, Apple is already testing new Siri launch sounds through its employees. You might think that changing from Hey Siri to another voice isn’t too hard, but it requires strong engineering and AI training. In fact, Apple wants to bring Siri to the level of Amazon Alexa by changing the wording.

iOS 17 will be launched at the WWDC event

Apple is expected to unveil the new OS iOS 17 at its annual developer conference, WWDC, to be held this month. The new operating system will see a new journaling app, a mood tracker in the health app, and a new control center. It will also add more functions for dynamic islands.
