For the first time last week, it was reported that Honor is currently working on a phone of 1.5 mAh battery capacities. And this phone will be named Honor Power 2. It will increase the battery capability so much using silicon carbon technology. Today, the Tech Tipster Digital Chat Station, known in China's social platform Weibo, has claimed that the upcoming smartphone will be used by MediaTek Dimension 4 chipset. Keep in mind, this processor has not yet come to market.
Honor Power 2 phone will be on the mid -range dimension processor
This year, MediaTek is expected to launch the Dimension 3 and Dimension 3 processor together. The first processor will be seen on the flagship phone, and the mid -range smartphone will be used on the Dimension 3. In that case, if the tipstar's claim is true, Honor Power 2 can be assumed that there will be a mid range device.
Honor Power 2's Production will start soon
Meanwhile, sources said that the Honor Power 2 model is now on the New Product Introduction (NPI) stage. On this stage, a device goes only when it is not just stuck on the paper paper and slowly leads to production. This is the main step before designing, development, testing.
Note that the Honor Power 2 smartphone will be the successor model of the Honor Power in April this year, with a 5 mAh battery. However, even though there are bigger batteries, the new model is reported to be thin enough.
Meanwhile, Shaomi's sub-brand Redmi-O-1 to 5 mAh battery is working on the phone yesterday. Silicon-carbon technology will also be used. This phone is coming under the brand's Turbo series.
