The company released the first look of the iQOO Z9 Turbo, which looks a lot like the iQOO 12

iQOO is going to launch an affordable flagship phone under their Z-series called iQOO Z9 Turbo in April itself. Speculations about the phone have been going on for the past few weeks. Features have also come forward. But the design could not be confirmed. But today, putting an end to all the curiosities, the company has revealed the image of the iQOO Z9 Turbo for the first time. At the same time, various information including processor, battery, etc. have come forward.

First look of iQOO Z9 Turbo is out

The image shared by iCo’s Weibo (Chinese microblogging platform) account reveals the design of the upcoming iCo Z9 Turbo. The device has a flat edge and square camera module, with two camera sensors inside and the Optical Image Stabilization (OIS) logo. A dual-tone dual-LED flash is present next to this camera module. In terms of design, it looks similar to the flagship ICO 12 series.

Aiko has said that the Aiko Z9 Turbo phone will be among the first batch of phones powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 processor. It is a toned-down version of the flagship Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset. Incidentally, Xiaomi CV4 Pro debuted in China last month as the world’s first SD8sG3 phone.

The Redmi Turbo 3 phone with the same chipset is set to debut in China tomorrow (April 10). The upcoming Realme GT Neo 6 will also have this chip. While the iQOO Z9 Turbo is confirmed to debut this month, there is still no clarity on the launch timeline of the Realme GT Neo 6.

The company has confirmed that the performance-focused iQOO Z9 Turbo will come with a discrete chip for graphics management, a 6K VC heat dissipation system and a massive 6,000 mAh battery. According to reports, the device will support 80W fast charging.

The iQOO Z9 Turbo is also reported to feature a 6.78-inch flat OLED (OLED) screen, offering 1.5K resolution and 144Hz refresh rate. It is expected to come with 12GB / 16GB LPDDR5X RAM and 512GB of built-in UFS 4.0 storage. And for photography, the iQOO Z9 Turbo may feature a dual-camera system with a 50-megapixel primary camera and an 8-megapixel ultra-wide angle lens. A 16-megapixel front-facing camera will be seen in front of the phone.
