Specifications of Samsung Galaxy M15 5G

The Samsung Galaxy M15 5G bears similarities to its predecessor model in terms of design. The rear panel has three camera rings and slightly rounded edges for better grip. It will be available in three colors – Light Blue, Dark Blue and Grey. On the front, the Galaxy M15 5G features a 6.5-inch Super-AMOLED (S-AMOLED) display with a 90Hz refresh rate. This screen offers 800 nits peak brightness, which should provide good enough visibility outdoors.

Samsung has not officially confirmed the name of the processor used in this handset, but the official website mentions the use of an octa-core processor clocked at 2.2 GHz. The Samsung Galaxy M15 5G is expected to run on the MediaTek Dimension 6100 Plus chipset. The phone is available in 4GB RAM and 128GB storage. Besides, for additional storage, there is a microSD card slot, through which the memory can be expanded up to 1 TB.

For photography, the Samsung Galaxy M15 5G has a triple rear camera system, consisting of a 50-megapixel primary camera, a 5-megapixel ultrawide camera and a 2-megapixel macro lens. And there is a 13-megapixel front-facing camera in front of the phone for selfies and video calling.

For power backup, a 6,000mAh battery is used, which supports 25W fast charging. The Samsung Galaxy M15 5G includes a 3.5mm headphone jack for audio and a side-mounted fingerprint scanner for security. The Galaxy M15 5G runs on the latest Android 14 operating system. Samsung has promised to provide four generations of Android updates and five years of security patches to these handsets.
