Over the past few weeks, various important information about the next-generation Samsung Galaxy Z series of foldable phones has been coming to light. Recently two sources have leaked almost all the specifications of both Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 6 and Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 6 phones. And now a well-known tech insider has detailed when Samsung's upcoming folding phones will be launched.

Reliable tipster Evan Blass shared a GIF of Samsung's upcoming Galaxy Unpacked banner in his recent X (ex-Twitter) post. This banner is likely taken from the Samsung Korea site, which revealed that the Samsung Galaxy Unpacked event will be held on July 10 and the event will start at 10pm (Korea time).
In the shared GIF, two shadows are seen projecting below the rotating box on the right. One of these shadows forms the symbol for Galaxy AI, indicating that the upcoming launch event will have a special focus on Galaxy AI technology. The other shadow resembles the Eiffel Tower, fueling speculation that the event will be held in Paris.
Other reports also indicated that Samsung might hold its Summer Unpacked event as early as next month. The company is planning to unveil its upcoming products probably before the Olympics starting from July 26 in Paris.
Apart from the foldable, the event is rumored to launch the new Samsung Galaxy Watch series, including an Ultra model, and the Samsung Galaxy Buds wireless earbuds. Samsung showcased the Samsung Galaxy Ring at the Unpacked event held in January this year, and more information about the wearable device may be revealed during the July event as well. But keep in mind that this information has surfaced from unofficial sources and should be considered unofficial until Samsung itself confirms the event date and details.
Note that Samsung usually hosts at least two Galaxy Unpacked events a year. The first event usually presents the new Galaxy S series of smartphones. And at the Summer Unpacked event held mid-year, Samsung unveils its Galaxy Z lineup of foldable phones and other wearable devices.
