South Korean tech giant Samsung is currently working on its next generation foldable smartphones Galaxy Z Fold 6 and Galaxy Z Flip 6. The two devices are expected to make their debut in July. However, before the official launch, various information about the flagship models is leaking. For instance, 3D CAD renders of these products were leaked online last week, giving a clear idea of what the design of the two models will look like. Again today the color variants of Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 6 and Galaxy Z Flip 6 phones were revealed.
Ross Young, CEO of ‘Display Supply Chain Consultants’ (DSCC) has shared information regarding the color variants of Samsung branding’s two upcoming foldable smartphones via the Halffill X platform. According to its claims, the ‘Fold’ model will be available in a total of three color options, namely – Dark Blue, Light Pink and Silver. On the other hand, the ‘Flip’ version will come with four color options, namely – Light Blue, Loot Green, Silver and Yellow.
However, since the launch of both the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 6 and Galaxy Z Flip 6 models is still four months away, some changes are likely. In this case, our guess is that the color shade that Ross Young mentioned is probably the standard color variant. As a result the company is likely to offer a few extra ‘exclusive’ colors for their upcoming flagship models like every time.
We already mentioned that last week the design renders of the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 6 and Galaxy Z Flip 6 phones were revealed. The ‘Fold’ variant is expected to come with several significant changes in terms of design. As such, it may feature a boxy design, which will be similar to the existing Galaxy S24 Ultra model. Again it won’t have a built-in S Pen stylus, but it will come with a wider aspect ratio to offer better display angles. On the other hand, the design of the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 6 will remain more or less the same as its predecessor. However, the news of giving a bigger battery has come forward. As a result it may be slightly thicker.
